Eventsforce vs. Impartner PRM

An event which consist of collecting attendees details to post event analysis can use this product. If you are organizing both public and private events, eventsforce will be great solution. Eventsforce is also a great solution for big events that consist of different sessions that need different registrations, volunteers etc. It is a great solution considering the time it could save in event planning.

I have worked with many other PRM platforms. ImpartnerPRM is in the middle of the pack. There is still a lot of opportunity for making the platform more intuitive and automating some of the processes. However, it is better than some of the others that I have used in terms of there being better continuity between the PRM and marketing functions.

• It helps us in planning the tasks individually.
• During event organizing, we can use to create digital forms for specific needs.

• Providing data in an easily digestible format.

• We are a small scale user of this product, so we haven't faced any problems with eventsforce.
• Every basic things needed for organizing an event is available in Eventsforce, so our company is happy with it as of now.

• Training was very difficult to set up and maintain
• They show you this awesome demo environment and then you realize once you purchase the tool how much it takes to get that. At least one web designer, help from marketing, and at least a few months of dedicated work

We haven't used any other similar products other than Eventsforce. Eventsforce was all we need for our requirement.

Salesforce was too expensive for us at the time and required too much customization and internal strain at the time. We ended up choosing Salesforce over Impartner later on once our channel business was more established and we had more resources internally. Impartner was more simple and easy to deploy than Salesforce, which is why we chose it when we had fewer resources

• We have saved a lot of time in planning, thus saved a lot of resources.
• User Friendly interface ease out our stress.
• Support to multiple languages also helps us in saving external resources.

• I do think our lead to demo rate increased a significant percent
• We were able to communicate easily with over 1k partners that were hard to reach before
