EverFi vs. Synergy Education Platform

I feel that this particular platform is well suited for the classroom setting. There are many instances, even in classes that don't revolve directly around financial literacy, where this program makes sense. They have also recently started to include life skills content that is applicable in a variety of subjects.

Synergy is well-suited for seamlessly bridging enrollment and student information. Other organizations I have worked at used two separate platforms for this purpose. Synergy also merges, seamlessly, parent contact functions, using one platform.

• IEP and 504 are accessible
• student information is easily found in one place for teachers and administration
• Please update this process it is very slow

• The administration portal felt clunky with an outdated user interface.
• Assigning courses could be tedious, it was hard to know what notifications employees were receiving.

Overall, the platform is very easy to use, occasionally there will be a small glitch where something needs reloaded in order to work, but this is only happened a few times. The majority of the time everything runs very smoothly, and there are no issues to worry about.

Customer and client services vary depending on account representatives. Frequent changes in staff assigned as our client manager has not allowed for much personalized service.

We used Everfi with our previous HRIS provider and thought it would be simple to continue using them. We are actively looking for a more robust LMS that can cover compliance + learning/development and other trainings

• it takes longer to do everything because it involves to many clicks to enter data and save it
• longer time
• because it does not autosave, you have to start from scratch if you hit the back button or change the screen
