Overall Satisfaction with EverFi
We used EverFi to implement compliance-focused training at our software company - mainly around diversity/inclusion, managing bias, etc. This was an important step in our scaling because training could be pushed out to new hires and remote employees at any time and we could track which courses had been completed, ensuring accountability and that we meet the qualifications for various industry certifications.
- Robust compliance course catalog will save the HR/Training team time creating materials.
- Ability to track completion.
- Very good diversity/inclusion content - cheaper to deploy than to bring onsite consultants to teach the material.
- The administration portal felt clunky with an outdated user interface.
- Assigning courses could be tedious, it was hard to know what notifications employees were receiving.
- Using EverFi helped us meet training requirements for several industry certifications.
We need EverFi in addition to Lessonly because EverFi had a robust compliance catalog and we did not have time internally to create compliance materials on Lessonly. EverFi filled an important catalog-based need for us, while Lessonly allowed us to author short courses for our employees.
