eversign vs. PDFLiner

EverSign is well-suited for smaller organizations needing to sign any volume of documents, but is unable to afford more expensive options, like DocuSign. The functionality and options are impressive for how cost-effective it is compared to better-known alternatives. If you are sending many larger documents, EverSign may not be the best option. It can be difficult to review the documents in EverSign itself, so it's better suited to signing a larger document already reviewed off the platform. Organizations that can afford to pay the higher price for a more efficient option may want to do so.

It's possible to save money, time, and paper with PDFLiner. In addition to
those in the legal and scientific sectors, this includes those in accounting,
human resources, and education. PDFLiner makes it simple to save your most
frequently used templates. Upload them whenever you need them, make any
necessary edits, and email them straight away!

• Ease of use. Unlike Docusign, when you create text fields on your doc, it allows you to enter the text into the box directly, whereas I have to click on the field and enter the text on the right hand side panel in Docusign.
• Speed. The documents load pretty quickly.
• Notification. It informs you every time a signer has signed the doc.

• Signing documents for myself and my employer has never been easier.
• For me, the simplicity of not having to use sophisticated tools to customize forms for certain situations is appealing.
• It's easy to use and doesn't necessitate a strong Internet connection to make use of this program.

• Using the template was a little hard to understand when setting it up for users to sign.
• If you don't know where to click, logging in can be a little confusing.

• There is no mobile app for PDFLiner which I think is a major drawback of this tool.
• Though the tool is straightforward we find it complex when we need to search for a specific form in it.
• Editing text is fine with this tool but I think there is a limitation of styling the text when editing any document.

Our department uses PDFLiner to modify PDF format contracts and other documents before sending them to our consumers for e-signing. Not only that, but this program allows access to the templates of over 30 million different sorts of writable agreements, saving us a lot of time and effort.

DocuSign is another alternative. However, it is much more expensive. For a small business we tried to avid working with companies that are more expensive. DocuSign is more well known too, and perhaps has more features. However we can find other alternatives to these features. Like sorting and uploading these documents manually. However for a larger company, this would be something to take into account.

Everyone in my department uses PDFLiner. Everything we need
to get the work done is included in this team strategy. Allows us to streamline
our operations and ensure that everyone is using the same tools. If I had to
make a choice, I would go with this over more "advanced" options.

• Your PDFs can be changed quickly and easily. You have the option to include signatures and images, as well as to censor any information you don't want others to see.
• By being able to digitally sign your paperwork on the go, you may significantly speed up the closing process.
• Using PDFLiner is a great and simple way to work with PDF files.
