Overall Satisfaction with eversign

True Water Solutions uses eversign to send contracts to customers for electronic signing. The information in the documents we collect include personal information such as name, email, address and credit card information, and billing information. The documents are then sent back to us and stored for 30 days. Within this time period, we are able to export and upload to our CRM platform to store on file. We also use eversign for on boarding new employees. We have new hires sign NDS's and store those for our records too.
  • Electronic signing.
  • CC management.
  • Notifying via email when the document is signed.
  • Could be stored longer.
  • No folders.
  • Disorganized after being sent.
  • Inexpensive.
  • Easy Interface.
  • Notifications are useful.
DocuSign is another alternative. However, it is much more expensive. For a small business we tried to avid working with companies that are more expensive. DocuSign is more well known too, and perhaps has more features. However we can find other alternatives to these features. Like sorting and uploading these documents manually. However for a larger company, this would be something to take into account.

Do you think eversign delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with eversign's feature set?

Yes

Did eversign live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of eversign go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy eversign again?

Yes

eversign is a great tool for a small business. It is affordable which makes it great for small projects, contracts and on boarding. However, with a larger company, this may not be the best option. As organization tools such as folders do not exist. For example, it would be nice to sort customer contracts with employee NDS's on the eversign platform. But because our business is smaller, it's okay for now.
