EverWebinar vs. streamGo

EverWebinar is a great product and tool for digital entrepreneurs and course creators. Or for anyone who utilizes live and prerecorded evergreen webinars to sell things and reach their customers to solve problems. It is a robust program that does many things and does them well.

It is one of the best platforms for attending webinars related to the distribution of knowledge related to different technologies and software and live events related to software releases and other product-related releases. The video streaming and software quality of the platform itself can be massively improved, in my opinion.

• EverWebinar can improve on the way they have the timing set-up it's set to GMT and not local time. Makes it confusing.
• EverWebinar can improve on their reporting. It's very limited and you can't really tell if people showed up later and watched your pitch or if they only watched so many minutes before your pitch. They need to really improve their reporting. It's super confusing. Although the data charts look nice, it's not helpful.
• EverWebinar doesn't really play nice with ActiveCampaign. So be warned if you're trying to connect both of them. You will have to find a third party software to integrate them nicely.

• The video quality sometimes drops in between the webinar.

Everwebinar has overall good usability due to its easy-to-use interface. This is the main reason I am giving this rating. There are more things that could be improved including the landing page templates. We have reflected this to support however this has not been addressed at all.

Mostly because of the cost-cutting and being able to access a decent feature set in the cost provided. There are other products in the line that are better performing and have better feature sets, but the price that stream charges and the feature set and usability it provides are decent and worth the price.

Fortunately, I have not had to contact support for anything up to this point so really can't give a rating. I will be sure to update my review in the event that I need to in the future. Hopefully I will not need to as it is very user friendly

I have not really contacted the support but have had friends who have and this is one of the other reasons why I switched to streamGo. Initially, I was skeptical regarding the support, but when a few of my ex-colleagues and friends told me that it is awesome, I took the decision to switch to streamGo.

EverWebinar is easier to use and a more robust platform. The significant factor is the functionality of analytics, which lets you know how your webinars are performing and can make adjustments as necessary. The other platforms do not offer this and can be more complicated to use and implement.

The reason for switching was major because of the cost-cutting. If I were to compare them to the products mentioned above, I'd say all three of them have their own pros and cons but are mostly superior and better than a stream. If it hadn't been for the cost-cutting I wouldn't have jumped to stream.

• We've been able to easily make back the money that EverWebinar costs with selling $300 products up to $2000 products.
• Automating an already successful webinar with EverWebinar is a smart move. Don't try and create one that isn't proven to work.
• There are several webinar platforms out there but EverWebinar does a great job with turning it evergreen.
