Overall Satisfaction with EverWebinar

Everwebinar has been the core of our business, helping us concert customers at the top of the funnel. Everwebinar has been easy to use with good analytics. I would recommend this to other online education users to use to automate their sales process. This is a must-have software for webinar funnels.

I have not used other webinar stacks, this has been a software that was recommended by one of the course creator mentors, and have been using this software since the beginning. It has continued to bring in good results so I have continued to use this webinar software. I will continue to use it for now.

Everwebinar has overall good usability due to its easy-to-use interface. This is the main reason I am giving this rating. There are more things that could be improved including the landing page templates. We have reflected this to support however this has not been addressed at all.
Overall good to use, gaining positive ROI for our business. The user interface is easy to use and intuitive. However, the landing page templates need to be improved and the customer support is rather appalling. Multiple features have been suggested however there always have never been replies from their customer support.
Everwebinar is suitable to be used in a webinar funnel. With paid ads directing to the webinar warming up prospects and converting them. It may not be suitable for those who are having a short webinar or VSL because of its interface. It is good to keep prospects attention over time due to the chatbox and interactive features
