Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use EverWebinar for our online webinar series. It allows us to automate the registration process while integrating with our CRM. Another important feature is that it tracks all visitors that register and watch the webinar and whether they leave or stay for the whole thing. If there is anyone that falls off an automatic email is sent with a replay link so that they can continue watching. It has made our job much easier.

Cons

It does not tracking where people are coming from (FB, LinkedIn etc.)without a 3rd party app.
It does not house your video so you need to have a 3rd party app for that as well.
I would have to say other than those suggestions, everything has worked smoothly for us.

Return on Investment

We have been very successful using EverWebinar. Unfortunately, I do not have any hard numbers at this time but it is definitely worth the investment.

Usability

I gave it a high rating due to how easy it is to use and follow including customization and integration with both our CRM and our scheduling software. We ended up removing one of the 3rd party apps we were using with EverWebinar that saved us $12,000 per year, so had to use their webinar cloning in order to test the changes and it worked seamlessly.

Support Rating

Fortunately, I have not had to contact support for anything up to this point so really can't give a rating. I will be sure to update my review in the event that I need to in the future. Hopefully I will not need to as it is very user friendly.

Likelihood to Recommend

Just to give you an idea of the whole process. You connect your recorded video to EverWebinar and then it takes you through the steps to build out the whole automated webinar system. You design a registration page, once a person is registered they are taken to a holding room, which you will also design or choose a template, that has a timer of when the webinar will start. Once the timer is up, you are then directed to the "live" webinar. Since it appears to be live, you are unable to stop it or rewind. It has worked wonderfully for us for the past year.
