eVoice vs. FreeConference.com vs. InterMIND

If you are looking for a strong product that is highly customizable, Onebox is a great choice. It can be difficult to navigate, but almost every feature you would need is included somewhere.

FreeConference.com is best suited when the big-name video conferencing brands are simply not working. It offers an alternative when compatibility seems to be an issue when attempting to video conference. It is less appropriate for first invitations since most people are not familiar with the brand.

Given that the service offers a number of capabilities that other programs of a similar nature do not, I heartily recommend it. There is a free version available that may be used to complete a variety of business activities.

• I love the ability to make long distance calls without charge.
• I was delighted when they added the ability to screen share and show my slides to my customers.
• I also love that FreeConference.com immediately provides replays of your meetings - in case somebody wasn't able to attend live.

• Communication without failures
• High resolution of the image(up to 4K)
• Leader functions for quick conference gathering

• The scheduling is very granular, but the interface for setting up the schedule isn't the easiest to navigate.
• I would like the ability to copy or clone schedules. We have 3 different schedules on three different hunt groups and when there are changes to be made, I would like to be able to make the change on one schedule and copy that for another hunt group.
• The interface for the users to change some of their settings (password, phone, email, etc) isn't very user friendly. I usually have to walk users through changes, and at that point, it is easier for me to just make the changes myself.

• Regarding iMind, I have nothing unfavorable to say. However, issues might arise when joining via a smartphone since you cannot join the conference using a phone number.

I was not an employee when Onebox was selected, but I have used Avaya and Nortel PBXs in the past and while it is not as powerful, it has a lot of great features and a much lower cost of entry.

Call quality is very similar to the above products. However, most of our community partners and collaborators are not aware of FreeConference and are thus less able to utilize it without prompting and sometimes assistance from us.

iMind has an easy interface and video and audio quality over other products. It also has a noise cancellation feature which most of the other software doesn't have. Prices are also very reasonable. we wish that the mobile version of iMind also release very soon because it will help us a lot.
