Overall Satisfaction with FreeConference.com

FreeConference provides us with a video conferencing alternative to the big name brands such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. When the big-name brands are not working for our needs, we will give FreeConference a try to see if it solves our issue. Much of the time, when we are having these difficulties, FreeConference ends up working for us.
  • Freemium model
  • Easy to access website
  • Helpful scheduling
  • An easy-to-use app would be nice
  • More awareness of the brand; not a lot of people are familiar with it
  • FreeConference allows us to hold a video conference when all other software fails.
  • We don't miss out on opportunities for partnership and collaboration with our community partners.
Call quality is very similar to the above products. However, most of our community partners and collaborators are not aware of FreeConference and are thus less able to utilize it without prompting and sometimes assistance from us.
