SAP Cloud ERP is best suited for medium- to large-sized organizations seeking scalability, real-time insights, and standardized processes. It will help them streamline financial operations & core HR functions, optimize inventory management & procurement process. • Exact offers a large range of user defined fields, which is especially useful once you've built a base on the system and need to customize certain aspects. Just last week we added the ability to track customer training by model using custom UDFs.
• Engineering bills of material are tracked in Exact and the engineering BOM module is pretty intuitive and easy to use. Modification and drill down/up is not difficult once you figure out he basics.
• Inventory control is fairly simple and offers a lot of information and options to track different kinds of products. We use bulk and each UOMs primarily, but others are used regularly depending on application.

• The beginner's user-friendly UI can help learners learn easily, and it feels a bit complex.
• Implementation of AI bot on common tasks.
• There are no offline functionality that users can use remotely.
• As the scalability of the products grows, they become more expensive.

The cost of SAP as an ERP is quite high and the switching costs associated with ERP systems are even higher. That being said moving from one ERP to another only happens once in a great while for large organizations. Those switching costs include retraining, IT hardware requirements, outside consultants and more

Exact Global is a strategic tool for financial core processes operations at EWS. It is integrated with ERP to seamlessly deliver key processes like O2C, P2P etc. and very well liked by users for its ease of use and flexibility of data moving across different systems. Exact Global is a part of EWS’s enterprise architecture and roadmap aligned to PACE strategy for achieving business objectives

The support system I find great as whenever I run into problems they rectify them quickly as possible they never reacted late the support is just up to the mark for me. They provide many solutions to the problems I faced the [technical] team support is always amazing they [listen] to mean work accordingly.

SAP requires
a lot of internal and external resources to complete its successful
implementation. The cloud version requires a deeper understanding of the
different capabilities of the local systems (hardware) and the connection
towards your local IT team. We found several problems on our systems that we
couldn't foresee before the implementation and roll out.

I've used other ERP systems in large organizations, one custom and one SAP. SAP is a very powerful suite of software, but comes at a price point that is unobtainable for many smaller companies. Exact is more realistic and accessible for smaller companies that are not necessarily global commodities, but instead smaller manufacturers in niche markets. I haven't had the opportunity to review many other options in this size range.

• Surpasses many well reputed applications in terms of performance and data insight when you are into SAP products
• More reliable and secure as we are not going to create multiple copy of master data, one single shared master data and all will work like charm
• For authentication we can also use Microsoft MFA or Google single sign-on , so less complexity
• For customized business process, we can implement extension packages which are like templates
