Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We are using it for planning and reporting purposes. at the very beginning having some issues with deployment and user acceptance. Business case is also consolidation and intra company charges. It is used globally both in europe and the US. Very good product overall and easy to handle so far.

It is pretty easy and build straight forweward. Thus it has a good user acceptance. Very good guidance for users and data access is great. I might say overall a great fit al least for our organisation, I can really recomend it to other companies. It fits our use cases

Very user friendly and easy to use. It is a pleasure working with. I think from an integration perspective with other products (non SAP) it could be better. designed well and really made for end users. Could be a little more flexible in linkin external information. Overall a good product for our scenarios.

Good preparation and a very strict timeline. We did multiple know how sessions and created an interactive manual.
Change management was a major issue with the implementation - Always good to have everyone involved (early stage). Know how transfer guarantees success

Everything went really good. Would do it the same way again.
