EZ Home Inspection Software vs. Intelex EHSQ

EZ Home Inspection Software is best suited for residential applications. I had issues when trying to use the software on multi-family developments because the labels were not clear-cut, and I had a difficult time making my original labels mesh with the existing labels that I could find.

I would caution colleagues to make sure the system does what they need it to do and get it all in writing.

• The pictures are not always consistent in size when viewing as a pdf.
• Template maker is cumbersome.
• Mobile app is not very responsive.

• Implementation process is very difficult unless you are using the product out of the box
• Licensing model is frustrating but they are willing to be flexible to make things work

We just upgrade the document control application from V5 to V6. There are still quite a bit of issues left unresolved.

Spectora Home Inspection Software is the product that we use and understand the most. We tried several reporting software products, and Spectora was superior to other products we tested.

We felt Intelex was more user friendly and provided the services we were seeking in a system. We evaluated all applications vs. our company needs and wants.
