A dedicated customer support agent would be great as well as we are managing over $500k/mo in ad spend through their platform. Having to go through an automated support/chat/email is a bit annoying. Alternatives Considered	BigCommerce Without a doubt they are a great partner and the service and attention is much better and without a doubt the knowledge of the market and the management of a feed comes from Feedonomics with more experience and quality. We haven't found any other vendor that matches Feedonomics quality and service so we must say they are the best option.
