It has streamlined the process of pushing data feeds from our advertisers directly to major shopping platforms like Google Shopping, Amazon, and Facebook Marketplace, saving us countless hours and reducing errors significantly. This efficiency not only enhances client satisfaction but also empowers our team to focus on creative strategies that drive real growth in a competitive digital landscape.

Pros

  • Feed management
  • Feed optimization
  • Integration with all vendor platforms

Cons

  • Better / faster customer service/response.
  • We went from having to self manage data feeds with limited tools to being able to effectively manage and OPTIMIZE with Feedonomics
Great, easy to use interface. Don't need to be advanced or technical - but some of the features it might help.
Interface and tool options are tremendously better.

Do you think Feedonomics delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Feedonomics's feature set?

Yes

Did Feedonomics live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Feedonomics go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Feedonomics again?

Yes

We have found Feedonomics to be well suited for feed delivery, management and opotimization but could have better AI tools for optimization. A dedicated customer support agent would be great as well as we are managing over $500k/mo in ad spend through their platform. Having to go through an automated support/chat/email is a bit annoying.
