We have some databases set up on our site that pull from Fetch folders, and in some other places on the site, we simply link to files we have stored on our server through Fetch. There is nothing fancy about Fetch—it just gets the job done! Incentivized Verified User Read full review	Klippa Klippa does well with invoices without graphics and logos. If you can convince your suppliers to remove their branding and submit plain company names it will perform better. One issue that I could not overcome was when a supplier used "SO" (for Sales Order) as the prefix for an invoice. Every time the OCR ran it deciphered this as "S0" S-Zero. I wouldn't downgrade my rating based on that though. My one significant disappointment was I was led to believe that they would tailor the template for us. There was some minor work around our local tax rules but when it got to specific coding for our purchase order numbers the work ceased. To be fair, I may have misunderstood the scope of what changing these templates was included in the agreement. Either way, we could work around it so it wasn't a major flaw. Pros	Shoeboxed Consistency: Fetch gives our employees a single portal to enter expenses, avoiding email confusion and lost paperwork. Clarity: Fetch allowed us to set up departments with one single 'approver'. This way employees would submit expenses and their boss would get a notification reminding them to review pending expenses. Cons	Shoeboxed Multi-currency - you can only submit expenses in USD and pay them back in USD. That hasn't been a problem yet, but I guess we'll have to ask employees to do their own conversion if they submit a non-USD receipt.
