Fiserv Instant Issue Advantage vs. Marqeta

It comes in handy when you are a financial that prints in branch for your member. Members usually expect their card would have to be mailed to them. Hopefully someday credit cards would be able to be printed in branch as well but since that goes through MasterCard it is understandable why it is not possible currently

Great platform for FinTechs that want to build a global business in one place. Lots of control available to run a card program. If you want to do less work (just get cards for your customers with less customization and not worry about details) there are better options.

The support team has been excellent and very responsive. Whenever we had issues and reached out, we were able to resolve most problems within 24 hours. I think it really helps that they are still a new-ish startup and are very hands-on with their business and with support.

Current loan processing program in use, have been using this for 3 years now. It is a pretty easy process but could be updated. It is quite self-explanatory when using it so that is convenient. Just could be cleaner and updated when it comes to the appearance of it. No other major issues with it

We evaluated a couple back in 2018 (GPS and Galileo), but I'm not sure that is relevant anymore.

• Our entire card payments business runs on Marqeta and Marqeta's cost is a fraction of the revenue provided.
• Costs very reasonable at scale.
