Fleet Complete vs. Onro

Fleet Complete is a great software with a great build. I would just like to see them update some of the features. The desktop version is a big item that really could use an update. They also need to set up an alert system that will notify you when a tracker stops working. Other than that, it is an easy to use system. The trackers are easy to install and there are numerous reports that you are able to pull on demand. Great for IFTA tracking!

Onro offers you features that are very efficient for delivery management streamless operation. Great platform for boosting your business if you are hungry for on-demand delivery great customer support. It normally does not malfunction and offers you the feature of receiving, updating, and tracking orders and sharing at the same time with anyone.

• Desktop version is very outdated. Needs to be created to work with Macs as well.
• The trackers will stop working without notifying you. Would be nice if there was an alert when they were getting low or not reporting.

Sometimes it can take days to get through to support. It is also an inconvenience when you have to get a device replaced. First you have to call them to troubleshoot the device. Then they have to create the order, which then takes about another month to get to you. This leaves you with over a month without a working device. They do not credit you for this downtime either.

Fleet Complete works ten times better than Teletrac did. We utilized Teletrac for 3 years, and for a good two of those years, half of our devices would not work. It was a nightmare to try to get them replaced also.

Tookan is highly-priced. The customer support of mentioned software is not up to mark. The user interface and support staff are not very cooperative.
