i will suggest Flosum to my colleague since it really helps us to manage our work. i will definitely use this on my future works

For a small business it is a very good value.

• The ability to be able to customize the priority level of a ticket. Currently these are set by default and can not be changed.
• Text box section on the rating to have the option to tell why a low rating was given.

Flosum is easy to use for management. Salesforce deployments and version control. It offers powerful features that improve efficiency, though the initial setup and some advanced functions have a slight learning curve.
