Formstack for Salesforce vs. SignEasy

If you have an operation like us in which you cannot start operations with your client until you have all the documentation signed, this is the right option, since in urgent matters with proper coordination you can have all the legal paperwork signed in just a few minutes.

Sometimes the electronic signature of certain documents is not yet clear under the Mexican law to be accepted with the same validity as a handwritten signature. So we still get the paper copies.

• Collecting customer data and keeping it clean and organized
• I can send forms to the candidates so that they can easily review the documents
• The forms are easily embedded in websites, allowing us to utilize formstack for our various seasonal programs.

• mastering the more advanced features of Formstack, especially those related to complex form configurations and workflow automation, can be challenging.
• we need a broader range of pre-built templates within Formstack
• Improvements in the mobile app experience, such as a more intuitive design and additional features comparable to the web version, would enhance the usability of Formstack

• Would always appreciate a lower price point...
• Wish there were email templates that go along with the documents so we didn't have to write a new one each time.

The email me several times a year to check in and see that we are doing well or if we have any questions. They have also flown to us from their HQ to Dallas, TX to come tour our facility and see how we use their product first hand.

Formstack has a lot of work to do to get up to Jotform standards. Jotform has more payment integration options which is a HUGE selling factor for us as far as which program to choose. They also offer more discounts for non-profits which we work with often. Formstack has some pros but Jotform is more elaborate

Adobe does not allow you to save signatures, easily enter dates, and its form structure is clunky to work with. SignEasy is more user-friendly.

• This can lead to time savings, allowing employees to focus on more strategic tasks rather than manual data handling.
• By automating the transfer of data from forms to Salesforce, the platform contributes to improved data accuracy.
• The automation and customization capabilities of Formstack can streamline various processes, from lead generation to internal approvals.

• It is total. The decrease in the cost of obtaining the client in the final item of the process is almost total. With just one month of what was previously spent on parcels we can cover a year of the service of this platform.
• We save a lot of paper in the process.
• We have a complete traceability of the information and we reduce the loss of important documents.
