Formstack Sign vs. MSB Docs

I like how fast the process is to send and receive my signed and completed paperwork. Certain companies that I do business with require a "wet signature" so it cannot be used every single time in my business

Keeps documents highly organized and easy to find. It makes it easy for individuals to sign on the go. Workflow/Document templates save a lot of time. It is honestly tough to think of anything to mention here. I am a happy MSB user and satisfied with the services.

• Exceptionally easy to use
• Intuitive - even users who aren't familiar with electronic signing have, with rare exception, had no difficulty using InsureSign

• Smart and easy Platform
• Excellent and smooth integration process
• Audit trail report is a plus
• Bulk signing process is easy

• It would be nice to add our own words or describe what is needed in the free form text box. This was a feature in a past version.

• Not much to dislike in this product.

Better functionality at a much more acceptable price. With Formstack, if we have issues (very rare) we can actually get a hold of someone - not so much with DocuSign.

• I've used Insuresign just 15 times in the last 30 days and saved 150 pages of paper and ink. I've also saved countless hours faxing, emailing , mailing and waiting and trying to get the client to sign and return the paperwork.
