Likelihood to Recommend	Frrole Inc. Frrole is well suited when brand tracking on a social platform is required. If a brand performs really well on saliency, then the social buzz movement helps in comparing those data points. However, Affinity perceptions sometimes do give a mix of words that happens to be irrelevant with the given set of queries. It reads and captures comments basis on which Affinity word cloud is generated. The scope of opportunity to enhance it further on the basis of specific keywords would be an advantage.
