None. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. We will never recommend or even think about doing business with them again.

• The onboarding process is easy and they provided full resources
• They provide the customer communication/ language that customers seem to understand easily
• Their process works so well, we get compliments from our customers that use it!

• There are really no areas for functional improvements, beyond working to lower our cost.

• 7% is outrageous. I can't continue at this rate
• In my opinion, the yearly fee is an obvious profit grab. Discontinue it.

Future pay has a nice niche, for individuals, not businesses. We also use QuickSpark leasing and Affirm payments.

Clover and square were up front with all fees. [I think] TSYS will try to sell you their product saying medical credit card processing has to be HIPAA complaint. [I feel] [this] is [not] true. They will say they don't have a minimum processing fee. [I feel] [this] is also not true.

• We are getting incrementally more revenue by offering FuturePay for customers that would otherwise have postponed a purchase.

• Positive impact on work flow- employees can quickly cross-reference reports to close out the day
• TSYS can be expensive. We are considering alternatives as we continue to improve our practice.
• More than one employee can be logged in at one time allowing for responsibilities to be shared to help with work flow and productivity.
