Fyle is a much better software than traditional excel reports as it provides both a mobile app and desktop application. Though there is much room for improvement, it still can be rated higher for more users as it makes the process of claims processing and auditing much faster and easier as compared to handling physical bills and receipts. It has helped my organization to save on 2 man-months cost as well by reducing the redundant activities of automating bill submission through apis for common apps like UBER, OLA, etc.

ProcurementExpress.com works well for simple budget tracking (under 100~ different budget areas). Their customer service is phenomenal, which allows for quick turnarounds on questions regarding a process or a capability. This setup works well for smaller companies that aren't bound by some of the more restrictive reporting tools. Most of the issues come from non-finance and non-purchasing employees who may not understand the needs of the company.

Great program for any small business in my opinion. I use it daily and recommend it for anyone who is having trouble with keeping track of outgoing purchase money. They make it easy for someone like me who is busy on all ends to have one less thing to worry about running a company.

Features wise both Zoho and Concur are equivalent to Fyle - may be they even offer more features. We picked Fyle particularly because: a) We are a small organization of less than 200 employees and were looking for a cloud based offering b) We had to keep our costs minimal without making major changes to our organization structure Fyle was most optimal that catered to all our requirements.

I was not the person to select ProcurementExpress but my company has been using it for all 5 years I have been here. We all love it and find it very easy to use and navigate. All 250 plus people use it and use it very often as we order on our own.
