Sage Expense Management vs. RateHawk

Fyle is a much better software than traditional excel reports as it provides both a mobile app and desktop application. Though there is much room for improvement, it still can be rated higher for more users as it makes the process of claims processing and auditing much faster and easier as compared to handling physical bills and receipts. It has helped my organization to save on 2 man-months cost as well by reducing the redundant activities of automating bill submission through apis for common apps like UBER, OLA, etc.

I would suggest RateHawk to other business owners who are concerned with their coverage and reliability in booking. It does not create unneeded complexity to facilitate growth.

• The ability to converse within the app. If the approver rejects, the requester can see the reason and type back their response/rectify and resubmit. All within the app.

• Paying for the service as well as fees for services of third party entities such as lodging, transportation, and activities depending on the type of client using the service.
• May have a learning curve for new users due to its extensive features.

It is easy to use and the support is always there to help.

Features wise both Zoho and Concur are equivalent to Fyle - may be they even offer more features. We picked Fyle particularly because: a) We are a small organization of less than 200 employees and were looking for a cloud based offering b) We had to keep our costs minimal without making major changes to our organization structure Fyle was most optimal that catered to all our requirements.

RateHawk is much more user friendly. Because of Vinet America’s Customization options to tailor the platform to a specific agency’s needs, the process could require an agency to have their own IT staff to complete this process, which could leave smaller agencies at a loss with their services.

• Time is saved in the process of keeping up with separate bills, bookings, and record keeping. This can mean the difference between closing a deal or losing it.
• All costs are consolidated under one invoice and professionally recorded without paying your own staff or secretary salary to have this done.
