Gazelle PMS (discontinued) vs. OpenText Extended ECM Platform

Anyone unable to find software specific to their needs- look no further. Gazelle Platform will suit you. The staffing world is suited as there are more variables than one person and one client. There are more variables. This software would cover anything but is maybe not needed for a simple user. This is to solve the problem of dynamics being outside the norm.

Information control. Information management. Not good at collaboration or collaborative work on documents. Administration is complex, and requires highly specialized teams to do it.

• Create Metadata to help with searching
• Control versioning you can see multiple versions of a document and can revert back to it if necessary.
• Document management, it has built in house keeping features.
• One source of the truth.

OpenText Enterprise Content Management is reliable and it has a friendly user interface. It can replace all legacy document repositories. With the integrations with SAP, it gives non-Sap users visibility into documents that are critical for making key decisions.

It is used for the basics of the tool, without taking advantage of the options it has.

The support is not very efficient, either by a partner or directly from Opentext. The support for Latin America is very limited by the language, and they do not have specialized support that supports the Spanish language.

Gazelle Platform is much more advanced and user-friendly for a candidate scheduling multiple events. This triggers our candidates to easily schedule more interviews which is exactly what we need to save time and secure the candidate a job. Gazelle Platform is the only available software for what we needed. It’s not a simple calendar, it’s use is complex which is what was needed at my last staffing job.

• Gazelle Platform saves us time on taking calls for appointments for multiple location job interviews from many candidates looking for work.
• This has freed up a customer service rep to assist with other duties, so the ROI is positive.
• The initial cost of the Gazelle Platform is made up immediately, as the software will save you so much time and manpower.
