Integration with Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems
Gensuite is well suited for concern reporting, it also empowers organisations with enterprise asset management. Gensuite core competency is of safety management system and they have meticulously developed software understanding the needs and expectations of the industries. In an nutshell it can used as Safety Compliance Software along with capabilities of computerised asset management like that of CMMS application. Existing ERP users can integrate safety module alone which is very much powerful given the features available.
The usage of ROAM, as well as the integration of external programmes through API and import functions, has almost reduced duplication of work. One thing to keep in mind is that your use cases must be very clear. There are a lot of SAI solutions, and their titles don't always correspond to what they actually perform.
Gensuite Mobile UI of simple and its easy to login and in web applications company SSO logins are available which makes life easier. In mealtime you can take images of unsafe acts, unsafe incidents, near misses and other concern reports and directly be logged on to with an click. This feature empowers every employee to participate in the safety program.
There were no good reason to reach their support because demo programs and available tutorials online makes ease of usage of app more explanatory beyond this since its a workflow based application it empowers implementations to design their forms accordingly to own custom needs which makes it easier for trainers to train people for the system
Used Spotlight in comparison to Gensuite. Spotlight helps you set up things for free Whereas it's not the case with Gensuite. Spotlight is more useful for startup organisations whereas Gensuite is used for organisations across different business domains creating a benchmark across the functions of the company helping the apex management to concentrate on the areas of improvement defining Policies in line with the data acquired.
Wasn't personally involved in the vendor selection process. I am aware that one of the main drivers for selecting BWise was cost (I believe BWise total project cost was several times lower than MetricStream's).
