Gensuite is a concern reporting app in a whole it helps in complete compliance to Quality and HSE programs of the Organisation. It brings in behavioural based safety tenets through it's workflow system. Gensuite empowers organisations to create workflows according to the needs of the organisation also based on their safety programs where individual employees have the opportunity to use the forms to report their compliance requirements. It has wide applications across various industries right from non hazardous to hazardous industries. Gensuite empowers safety programs with representation of the data it obtained from the concern reporting and gives complete turn around of key MIS indicators.

Spotlight is more useful for startup organisations whereas Gensuite is used for organisations across different business domains creating a benchmark across the functions of the company helping the apex management to concentrate on the areas of improvement defining Policies in line with the data acquired.

Features Gensuite provides is based on asset and location based tracking and it also provides evaluation based feature which makes the workflows more effective. The major thing is their rationale behind the development and analytics they provide with the concerns. You can create visual dashboards to see your compliance and how well the process being implemented. Hence it was a straight forward decision for OHS leaders.
Will bring in AI based evaluation systems into considerations. This new buzz in safety and compliance reporting platforms. Also refining risk assessments and effective identifying for underlying pain points for the organisation is also a quint essential requirement.

There are no such premium support, their support programs work well because they cater to very big enterprise industries hence its always well ahead of the normal industry standards.

Yes - It has both web and mobile-friendly app. Unlike other applications, the mobile application is super cool and less buggy. They have integrated capabilities that can be done online into the mobile application hence it's very easy to setup. All you need is to have is a company email which is more enough to get started. Alternatively, their QR based system is also highly effective to bring in views of workers who were not directly involved into [the] safety program of the organisation.
