Ginger Business vs. Signpost

It [Ginger] is a perfect tool for daily work because it has allowed us to create and write better content with exceptional writing and excellent grammar. It has an MS Word add-on [and] our team has used it through a desktop application and mobile. It has proven to be an appropriate platform for all companies; the API has allowed us to deeply review all the grammar, and each document or HTML pages to correct any type of error.

I would NEVER recommend Signposts! Signpost's fee is very expensive for a small company like ours, so I had to cancel the service - or at least TRY to. I contacted them the day after they billed our card for another $2,000, and I was told that we were automatically on the hook for another year, with no exceptions and no recourse. Very greedy and desperate; this doesn't seem like the way to keep happy clients.

• [It] allows you to create sentences with the use of various keywords, synonyms, and the best expressions that help create a perfect sentence.
• It has exceptional features and functions powered by the best AI technology.
• This platform can be used from any device and through the web, it provides you with tools such as Linkedin, Facebook, Outlook, Gmail, Salesforce, among others.
• You can receive recommendations from Ginger no matter what you are doing in your browser.

• The best feature that I like the most and have been using for some time is their marketing tool. Signpost makes marketing an easy task. It has enhanced our productivity.
• As I did things manually in the past but now Signpost has made this very much easier for me to just trust their marketing tool to do marketing according to the algorithm.
• It helps me to have more organic views on the platform and more positive reviews on the newsletter.
• The automated system asks for reviews from the customer which makes it even more helpful in changing and advancing new things.
• It also changes our approach to the work and with the automated extremely functional setup it increases our positive reviews which is good for the organization.

• In the Company, we have worked for a year with the application and we have not found fault in it and we like everything that it allows us to do immediately and with great ease since its handling of spelling makes it very efficient, which wakes that our intelligence is better artificially.

• Provide user a way to cancel their service.
• Get rid of the very aggressive sales staff.
• Refund money for unused moths. Do not be so shady!

I like the integration with Microsoft Office.

Even if it's a small program, it uses a fair amount of memory resources.

I haven't experienced working with Ginger's support. The platform is straightforward and didn't require any support.

Have used Grammarly ealrier which is also a good tool available in market. If comparing the cost thing then i believe GInger is a bit costly [Premium/Buisness] version compare to Grammarly. However, In my opinion it is completely dependent on the end user that how comfortable they are while using a software/API like this. For me, Ginger is the first option to use for my learning/writing skills.

• Ginger is helpful for many of my students, it takes some of the stress off writing.
• It also allows you to send off important emails with confidence.
• Ginger is a great tool that can help you focus on content as opposed to structure.

• The support team is very professional. I had problems while using Signpost in the past and I contacted their support on that matter.
• They responded very professionally, listen[ed] to each and every problem related to the work, and doing hindrance to the flow of work with the full-fledged solution to the problem.
• This makes me more confident in using the platform more in depth.
