Glassix vs. Pobuca

Glassix is best suited for small customer service teams that handle a usual high volume of tickets. For us, we need to answer pretty much the same repetitive or similar subject, 3-5 questions from our client base; by having the AI chatbot, we do not need to deal with this anymore and are free to do more with our time. What I would love to see more is some more guides and resources on the AI features, although we use them quite vastly here. Some tutorials on how to customize would be highly appreciated.

It is a great tool for everyone who has a lot of contacts to manage and is not good at keeping contacts. It has the capacity to hold a massive number of contacts and it arranges them so one can effortlessly find any of their contacts without wasting time.

• Contacts are entered easily.
• It has many options for different types of information you can input.
• The ability to take pictures of business cards and it stores it makes it easier to find at a later date.

Pricing is crystal clear, there is no limit on chatbot or AI interactions and resolutions, and there is no long-term commitment to lock you down for years. Also, their team is super friendly and always prompt to answer any question or issue we might have with the platform.

BizConnect’s customer service was not good and was a bit slow in searching contacts. But Pobuca is the best choice in this regard--from customer service to the ease with which we can add contact into it is amazing. Its flexibility is another major factor in choosing Pobuca. Finding any contact through this software is very simple, but its scanning feature is a bit slow and takes time.

• Glassix paid for itself in the first few weeks.
• The product is easy to use and way more economical than the competition.
