We are using the Unified Inbox and the AI suite to streamline our business operations, and the AI features are brilliant. We use the auto-suggested replies and the one-click conversation summary features to speed up and ease our work. Another stand out is the AI chatbot, using this chatbot we're able to increase important KPIs for our department such as First Response Time, and Customer Satisfaction on a regular basis.
