GLOBODOX vs. SecureDocs, An Onit Product

It can be used to organize files in one location. If you want to control user access to documents then the inbuilt security is very helpful. It has the option to create multiple databases, so you can have one database for each department. The redact annotation can be used to hide certain parts on the documents. The signature and stamp annotation can be used to sign and stamp documents.

It would be better if there were better chat features that would allow for more collaboration with others.

We are happy with the support provided. We get quick replies from them, and they have a knowledge base which is helpful.

Cost was the main factor in choosing GLOBODOX. Also it was very easy to use and implement compared to other products. The sales and support were very helpful during our evaluation period. During the trial we also found that the staff were more comfortable using GLOBODOX. So in the end it was an easy decision for us to choose GLOBODOX for managing our documents.

• Earlier we have spent almost 2 hours to find a document. With GLOBODOX we can find it in less than a min.
• Team is now efficient as they know where to find documents.
• GLOBODOX is priced lower than other products so it paid for itself in less than a year.

• Saving documents is really secure and easy.
