Overall Satisfaction with GLOBODOX

We use GLOBODOX to manage our office documents. We scan all the documents using GLOBODOX and add them to the folders. We also use the document type feature to add information about the document. We like this feature as it helps us find the documents. We also like the merge and annotations feature.

GLOBODOX has helped us to organize documents in one place and find it instantly. Before all our documents were scattered across computers. GLOBODOX has made our life easy.

Cost was the main factor in choosing GLOBODOX. Also it was very easy to use and implement compared to other products. The sales and support were very helpful during our evaluation period. During the trial we also found that the staff were more comfortable using GLOBODOX. So in the end it was an easy decision for us to choose GLOBODOX for managing our documents.

It can be used to organize files in one location. If you want to control user access to documents then the inbuilt security is very helpful. It has the option to create multiple databases, so you can have one database for each department. The redact annotation can be used to hide certain parts on the documents. The signature and stamp annotation can be used to sign and stamp documents.
