Likelihood to Recommend	GoDaddy Perfect for US market but not transferable to UK market, needs some upgrades for this. Even when set up with a UK address it won't allow changes in tax year end, presuming that tax year starts Jan - Dec. Also shows dollars instead of pounds even though figures were correct with solution. Cons	GoDaddy More complex tax prep features Better filters for tax purposes More tools for tax returns Incentivized Verified User Read full review	Rev.io PSA When training, during the overview of a chapter the examples tend to be from a prior version and do not reflect current software. In my experience when things don't work the way you think they should being told to go back and read the chapter that you read 5 times before is not helpful. I my experience when they know that there is an issue and the software is not working they keep billing you. They like to tell you that they are escalating the problem. You never see a resolution and they do not get back to you . You have to keep calling them. They acknowledge that you are having issues and state that there will be a credit. I have not seen one. Alternatives Considered	GoDaddy I already use GoDaddy for a lot of my website clients so tried the bookkeeping out and really liked it! I tried a few others but nothing worth the price difference.
