If you are looking to hire multiple people in different departments and would like to schedule interviews with multiple candidates, then this would be a good win for you. My company is a circus company, so we have to list multiple jobs often. This allows us to track those jobs and the people with ease.

Fantastic team that is responsive and open to suggestion, which, as a customer, it is important to know you have dedicated resources on your side. You're not just putting requests into an abyss. You have real people that respond and will provide answers and training as needed. Interview scheduling is extremely useful and puts the onus on the candidate to sign up for their preferred times. This is critical in campus recruiting when there are short timeframes and a large number of candidates coming in for super days. NetHire offers some unique features, Oleeo is the best available in the market. Unlike other talent acquisition software, Oleeo doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. The ATS is fully customisable to fit unique recruitment processes. it uses AI to reduce gender bias in the job postings and admin tasks are greatly reduced here. User-friendly UI and navigation is another add-on to Oleeo's already rich featured list.
