Goodmeetings has been a helpful tool within our team's ecosystem. It is well suited for preparing for calls, and reflecting on previous calls. It is also good at automating mundane tasks so the team can focus on the important sale. It is less appropriate for analyzing calls - sometimes it is more difficult to understand body language, especially in challenging market environments

We checked out several products and ultimately selected Goodmeetings for a few reasons, including: live support, reasonable price point, automation of tasks throughout the sales process, ability to integrate with other apps, and ease of material uploading. We are happy with the decision and plan to keep using it moving forward

I think it holds its own and then some. I believe Marsview picks their lane and really is effective at doing the things we want the software to do. Call transcription is important to me, and I feel that they are the best by far at what they do, and it is not even close. I picked Marsview for cost purposes, but by no means do I feel the quality is lost. It is great.
