It is a software platform for any SMB to get seriously organized

It was a great fit while we were a smaller company with simple tasks and jobs. As we grew we realized we needed more from our CRM.

• A wisely simple user-interface
• From project management to team-collaboration
• Great customer support: Whenever I asked for something, within a short time, somebody from Goodwerp was there to assist

• Training new customers on how to use
• Adjustable interface
• Easy to use
• Works with Quickbooks
• You can create work orders and invoices through JobNimbus

• An embedded way for meeting with clients via teleconference.
• A BOX.com connector so as to easily use the files already stored there.
• Perhaps a library of project templates.

• We couldn't adjust what certain things were called (ie what we called "work order" internally were called "job estimates" on JobNimbus)
• The price went up from when we first started using
• It lacked in project management options as our company grew in size
• It wasn't simple to lower the user count; the subscription needed to be changed.

I was a happy customer

We enjoyed JobNimbus while we were a smaller company and our projects didn't have many needs. We've moved on to a larger CRM that can assist and support our team fully.

We had two people, myself included, learn everything we could during the setup of our initial interface setup. We became the "masters" of the software so other employees had someone to go to internally with any issues or questions.

Goodwerp combines for example the accounting module and sales-lead nurturing and qualification module which are not present in the other platforms.

We spent 2.5 years with JobNimbus until we got too big for the app. Though it is very customizable, our growing company needed more and decided to move to monday.com.

• Better decision making:
• Increased productivity

• JobNimbus did a great job helping us stay organized
• It gave a great "big Picture" view of our projects
• It integrated well with other apps we used
