Overall Satisfaction with JobNimbus

We've used JobNimbus over the past 2.5 years. We were a fairly new company and needed a way to manage our projects; something all our employees could access and utilize. We chose JobNimbus because 1. we'd heard great things, 2. we liked the price point, and 3. we liked that we could adjust everything to suit our needs and projects. JobNimbus worked with us to get our interface set up and did a training to help us figure out how to use it. It was a great app until we got too big for it. We started needing things that JobNimbus didn't offer or couldn't do. After 2.5 years of using JobNimbus, we decided to move to monday.com. JobNimbus is a great CRM but we needed more.

  • We couldn't adjust what certain things were called (ie what we called "work order" internally were called "job estimates" on JobNimbus)

  • It wasn't simple to lower the user count; the subscription needed to be changed.
  • JobNimbus did a great job helping us stay organized
  • It gave a great "big Picture" view of our projects

We spent 2.5 years with JobNimbus until we got too big for the app. Though it is very customizable, our growing company needed more and decided to move to monday.com.

It was simple to use and learn for a semi-tech savvy user.
Everyone was very helpful when we contacted support.
It was a great fit while we were a smaller company with simple tasks and jobs. As we grew we realized we needed more from our CRM.

Using JobNimbus

We stopped using JobNimbus last month and moved over to monday.com

We enjoyed JobNimbus while we were a smaller company and our projects didn't have many needs. We've moved on to a larger CRM that can assist and support our team fully.

We were a new company and needed help getting our projects organized and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. It did a great job at getting us organized. We also liked that JobNimbus integrated with Quickbooks.
We would have gone with JobNimbus again if we had to do it over. For the size of our company at the time of purchase, it was the perfect software to get us organized and set up to become the company that we've become.

JobNimbus Implementation

We had two people, myself included, learn everything we could during the setup of our initial interface setup. We became the "masters" of the software so other employees had someone to go to internally with any issues or questions.
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - We had a very small team at the time of implementation so there wasn't any major issues with the implementation.

I was very thankful for the team that help us get up and running. They were patient and understanding of our needs. They listened to who we are as a company and what we did and helped us create an interface that we were happy with.

  • I liked the view of the project boards
  • It helped having the color coordinating to projects and boards
  • Remembering that once a project reached the end of one board, it needs to be manually moved the the next board
  • we had to manually enter a bunch of customers, that became tedious.
Yes - The mobile app was simple and easy. There were a few of our team members that preferred using the mobile app to the web browser because it was easier to maneuver through.
