Google for Jobs is maybe slightly better as it offers more categories and job information. LinkedIn sometimes gives unwanted jobs that I didn't search for.
I'd say Google for Jobs stacks up comparably with Indeed or Glassdoor but lags behind the functionality of LinkedIn. we use all of these, and find Glassdoor to be the most traditional setup and easier to use whereas Google for Jobs can get a little trickier.
It has saved me from the spam and robots that have applied for jobs in the past. We have a better candidate list from Google for Jobs. It has also saved us from having to hire someone to post ads and monitor them. It's self-explanatory which makes a smooth transition.
