GQueues vs. Shortcut

GQueues ties in very nicely with the principles outlined in David Allen's "Getting Things Done" so if you're a fan, give GQueues a try. I use GQueues both personally and professionally to help keep things in order. I find it easy to modify how I use this service when my needs change. I also use GQueues to keep track of future ideas, websites and books to be read someday and overall goals. It is very customizable to what you need.

Shortcut is very useful to organice your teams, we use it for Devs, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support areas. Each team has different objectives but the topics where 2 or more areas are involved, is when it shines with the categorization, sub-stories and story relationships. Everyone can see the updates and progress of the stories and receive notifications so the communication between the teams flows naturally

As I said before Shortcut helped us to implement the SCRUM Methodology in our company we are using it since it was known as Clubhouse.io, the user-friendly interface and flexibility is great

We have tried some other task management tools such as Producteev. This one is very intuitive and just does what you need it to do and does it well.

Shortcut is a more robust platform to organice our teams and, it uses the "kanban model" as trello but the customization and the organization via stories and epices are preferred by our devs
