Hearsay, now part of Yext vs. Tango Card

Apart from a few limitations, Hearsay Social is an excellent tool for managing your social media posts in one place. Its user-friendly interface allows you to analyze, track, schedule, and automate social media posts. This is a must in today's age. It saves a lot of stress and handwork and makes you efficient as it gives you tools to analyze the results of your posts in terms of reach, viewership, etc. Thereby helping you to formulate your social media strategy.

Tango Card is great for bulk purchases - if you need to send a large number of people they have easy templates to have it as simple as possible. The one offs become cumbersome - I have never used the API connections so I am unsure if that makes it better but the one at a time sales take a lot of time compared to the uploads.

• Tango Card makes it easy to allow for multiple gift card options
• Tango Card allows for excel imports of respondents, which keeps things nice and simple

• Lacks ability for significant flexibility and customization
• Mobile app sometimes does not save the posts that are edited
• It does allow you to tag or hashtag any post.

• The initial setup of the API with all the ACH info was a bit complicated.
• The only speedbump (not big concern) is the branding of a Tango Card - when saying that to recipients, they don't "get it" immediately and some quick-to-judgement folks can say they don't want it.

If you wish to reduce stress of managing multiple social media handles from a single place, you can use Hearsay Social. Hearsay Social helps you analyze, automate, schedule posts and even give ideas for posts. Rather than multitasking, one would obliviously choose a single place to track your posts. It also fares greatly as compared to its competitors. It has a great interface. Very easy and simple to use.

Good platform. Only feedback is sometimes when you have no funds in your account you have to “fill” the bank and that is a minor pain to fill out CC information each time. But overall, it’s a relatively easy system to use for the team

Giving it a 9 only because I haven't been using it for more than 6 months but that said, I've had enough projects and redemptions to get a full understanding of its performance. TANGO CARD just works better than the rest for the redemption experience for the end recipient.

Facebook Business Manager is also good however it has some limitations like it's very difficult to remove an ad account, we cannot schedule shared posts and the user interface is a bit complicated and not user-friendly. I like the user interface of Hearsay Social. I find it very simple and easy to use. Also, it has all the features that you might require in Social Media Management tool.

We liked Tango Card much more as it was easier to use and had more flexibility within our company. It allowed us to be more creative as well. The scale of cards and ease of use, both front and back end were huge decision points for us. Everything about Tango Card appeared to be much better than Tremendous and we are happy with our choice.

• We used Tango Card as an incentive to attend training, and this increased the number of attendees by over 50% when it was not used.
• We were able to bring in more attendees as a focus group and gain valuable insight to a product we were creating.
