Overall Satisfaction with Tango Card

Tango Card is used by my organization to help increase our survey response rates for surveys of high importance to our board of directors, by means of offering gift card incentives. It is used primarily by the marketing department, but for the sake of the whole company. It addresses the problems of low response rates due to survey fatigue.
  • Tango Card is very easy to use and set-up
  • Tango Card makes it easy to allow for multiple gift card options
  • Tango Card allows for excel imports of respondents, which keeps things nice and simple
  • Honestly, I have no complaints. It's a great tool!

  • Tango Card has increased out survey response rates
  • Tango Card has increase our overall response counts

Tango Card is well suited for companies that want to increase their survey response rates by means of offering gift card incentives, nationally and internationally. It's especially well-suited for companies that use survey platforms/tools/third-party contractors that are not common like Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey, due to the ability to import respondents via excel files.
