If you have turnstile before entry point. use it. Just make sure that you have regular fire drills and see that the deactivation of turnstile works fine. Otherwise it can create a havoc at the time of emergency. Biggest problem lies when there is outside huddle and people are coming back. Since everyone has to touch the card to access in, it takes a lot of time of the queue to enter.

This system is suited for all companies whether there are only 5 employees to hundreds - it's simple to use and professional. The history allows you to review staff timings, what visitors have been here within the last month (or more).

• Great example of innovation for visitors to the business. We often hear remarks from visitors how impressed they are.
• Simple yet effective method for employees to sign in out.
• Simple administration tools to add/remove employees.
• Information can easily be extracted into Excel.

• now that covid is happening would be good to have covid consent?
• quick print out of all the visitor so far would be handy when fire excise happens
• sometime the printer is not connect properly.

I had a lot of questions about the process, how it works, and if it will work for us. Mauro was initially the person I dealt with and he was a great help. Anything we couldn't do via email was scheduled for a call. There was no pressure to purchase but plenty of support before we signed and been the same since.

We haven't used other commercial products. We have used a custom web-base interface that was limited in customizablity and data filtering. We also used paper sign-ins that had to be transcribed. SwipedOn is a improvement from both of those in that it is more customizable for a admin user and is easy for the students to use, so it seems to be increasing the the precentage of students who sign in and accuracy of the collected data

• It is easier for students to use than our previous solutions which included paper signins that had to be transcribed into a spreadsheet and a custom webbased interface that we (the immediate admins) could not readily customize.
• Data capture is about the same percentages, but we are more confident that the data is more accurate due to ease of use and not transcription errors.
