Overall Satisfaction with SwipedOn Visitor Management System
We used it at reception to allow visitors coming to print a name tag, so no strangers are wandering around in the building. They are also used for the naming list when an emergency happens.
Pros
- Easy to use, tablet friendly
- Easy to manage, web console, and print friendly
- Able to customize and sign simultaneously for visitors to understand what they need to do while visiting.
Cons
- now that covid is happening would be good to have covid consent?
- quick print out of all the visitor so far would be handy when fire excise happens
- sometime the printer is not connect properly.
- Contactless visitor sign in
- Meet our needs who is on-site
- Easy to use
- cheap to run ROI is great
- saving the time manually managing them, reduce staff time waste
- everyone once a while you need to buy new print paper, but all good :)
