HighRadius Accounts Receivable vs. MineralTree

[HighRadius Collections Cloud] is well suited for [a] multitude of businesses. It's a well-versed system that uses your current data to help drive automation with the receivables. [It] also uses analytics to help drive forecasting. Businesses need to realize [their] data is what drives [the] program, so [they] need to ensure [the] dataset is valid before trying to convert over to [HighRadius Collections Cloud]. Existing ERP is driving what [HighRadius Collections Cloud] can or can not do.

If you are looking to save time on recording transactions. This has been a great time saver, all transactions are easily reconciled and they are automatically posted in Netsuite.

• Great Customer Service. Whenever there is an issue they are very responsive in helping with the issue.
• At the time it was cheaper than Bill.com for most of the same functionality.
• Integrated with QuickBooks relatively well.

[HighRadius Collections Cloud] encompasses several modules that interact with one another. This allows the data to talk between the different modules, this [is] one of the main strengths of [HighRadius Collections Cloud].

It doesn't. Hands down Bill.com is a better platform that over time has only gotten better.
