HRweb vs. Ideagen Procedure Management

Every business and its employees along with management wants to have a transparent system where appraisals and rewards could be attained without any unclear and vague target definitions. The tool is accurate for tracking performance analysis with help of business intelligence to provide clarity that motivates employees with a constant depiction of their achievements.

Prior platforms wouldn't allow custom expiry dates for uploaded certificates. Op Central allows us to adjust this based on when team memeber uploaded completed the relative course or noted expiry of their licence. Could have better function for custom fields that can be tailored to different roles/groups and by location. We have many team members who are not require to have certain documents uploaded they have the custom field shown on their profiles due to there not being any target options

• Easy formatting - allowing the screen to expand when creating a document
• Provide hardcopies of updfating documents that are not watermarked to be used if there were ever an issue with accessing the platform.

Ideagen Op Central is a very intuitive and functional program

It's more advanced and cost-effective in terms of adoption, user-friendly interphase along with BI tools that can even track behaviors of the employee to ascertain and plan the steps accordingly to keep them motivated and help them contribute towards the overall goal. Its management is easy and can be managed easily.

Previously using World Manager, we would constantly have to flip between 3 different variations depending on brand. Ideagen Op Central now has everything built into one convenient location that is user friendly and easy to use.

• Tracking and Evaluating the Employee data has a great positive impact.
• PTO Onboarding can be improved.
• Time Tracking is good to look after.

• Allows all brands to be housed on one platform rather than across 3
• Mitigates the manual labour in preparing policies, converting to PDF, loading and then notifying teams of changes
