HRweb vs. UniFocus Labor Management System (LMS)

Every business and its employees along with management wants to have a transparent system where appraisals and rewards could be attained without any unclear and vague target definitions. For our uses, tracking payroll is all we do. The other features are not as user-friendly.

• It is difficult to find specific reports, you have to know the system and where to look.
• It might be nice to have a friendly tutorial for available operations.
• I like to add notes to my payroll, it would be nice if it was easier to print up those notes and see the entire note. Sometimes the note is cut off. It would also be nice if I had room to write more detailed notes.

It's more advanced and cost-effective in terms of adoption, user-friendly interphase along with BI tools that can even track behaviors of the employee to ascertain and plan the steps accordingly to keep them motivated and help them contribute towards the overall goal. Its management is easy and can be managed easily.

• Tracking and Evaluating the Employee data has a great positive impact.
• PTO Onboarding can be improved.
• Time Tracking is good to look after.
