With the basic account, any planner can sign in, browse the marketplace, contact suppliers and use all of Planned's features. We only charge at booking time: 3% of the total booking cost.

Compared to GoTo Webinar, Hubilo is simply a far more powerful solution. More modern, more intuitive, more interactive.The Vimeo tool itself is also great, and the 360-degree video solution would actually be very nice, but the data exchange with HubSpot works much worse.

It is well suited when you do not care much about the UI and have a great internet connection and you need a wide variety of content on a wide number of topics provided by high value CEOs, Tech heads and entrepreneurs. Be ready, though, to face some minor bugs and small lag issues and bad video quality on low internet bandwidth
Planned is great for vendors who have both in-person and virtual event services to offer. You can get exposure to other markets and industries, win new business, and grow your skills. Planned is best for vendors who already have a lot of experience in the event industry.
The platform can use some tweaking (i.e.: when reserving hotels, adding guest rooms, including meeting rooms - instead of just spaces, which can be confusing when searching).
