IBM
I can say it is not only good but it is best Automation tool ever. Its streamline our business project and with web based solution it allows my team to document existing or new processes using process mapping capabilities. It provides powerful analytics and it is easy to use via online. I personally feel it is very intutive. For less Appropriate I can say only in terms of integration perspective with different CRM tools. Rest is all good!!!!

If you need a whole infrastructure and architect view, IBM Rational System Architect is the way to go. If you need a single diagram or your business process is young enough to support hard documenting, you are fine with an open source tool.

  • We would like to be able to see a different interface, long ago with the same.
  • Payment process is not easy.

Blueworks Live was part of a project deal. We did not keep it after the project. We found there are many solutions offering similar or superior capabilities - the fact that Blueworks does not fully support the universal BPMN standard was a big letdown for us. The pricing also did not make sense as a standalone solution.

If you have a budget or the need for a complex modeler or need diagram transformation to code or vice-versa, IBM Rational System Architect is the way to go. If you need few diagrams or don't need the complexity or don't have a budget, Bizagi or Star UML get the things done.
