Overall Satisfaction with Blueworks Live

I use Blueworks to work with my team on credit monitoring tasks so I can more easily manage documents, assign tasks and monitor our processes and workflow. Some problems we have had with the tool are generally related to its frequent (temporary) crashes as a website.
  • Facilitates teamwork.
  • Simplifies user interaction with documents and tasks.
  • Promotes order in tasks.
  • Helps save time by allowing assignment of tasks and creation of custom workflows.
  • In particular, we have had problems with the availability of the service because the platform frequently crashed.
  • Is not easy to pull some indicators.
  • We would like to be able to see a different interface, long ago with the same.
  • Payment process is not easy.
  • We can reduce to zero the number of emails that would be sent if we did not have this platform.
  • We can use comments to interact unlimitedly.
  • We have a chat available that allows us to interact with everyone.
  • It helps us to save resources like time.

Blueworks Live has helped us because we are a large team with many tasks to complete together. This is special for teams with a big number of integrants and when they all have to
interact with the same process, also using documents.

We are just Using Blueworks Live, we don't have additional services.
We selected Blueworks Live because it's the easiest way to do what we need to do, without a lot of other things we wouldn't use at all. It's exactly right for our task.

Blueworks Live is well suited, for teams with a big number of integrants and when they all have to interact with the same process. And I think that would not be appropriate to create reminders, or organize the activities of the week, for example, a list of things to do.
